Shipping policy

 

Pieces will be sent after they have been produced locally in our studio, please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for us to prepare and make your order. If there are potential delays you will be notified as soon as possible. 

Each purchase is made and packaged by hand in the Saint Bernadette studio and shipped with our local courier, tracking is included. 

We use a flat shipping rate for domestic shipping in New Zealand, this fee will be automatically added at checkout. 

New Zealand - $10NZD

We do not currently offer shipping internationally. If you wish to have something shipped outside of New Zealand feel free to email Contact@saintbernadette.co.nz as we can discuss potential options. 

Click and collect is available on request only, our studio is located on the North Shore, Auckland. Please email Contact@saintbernadette.co.nz to make an appointment.
